Occupant of railway train or railway vehicle injured by fall from railway train or railway vehicle. This includes injuries sustained from falling from a moving or stationary train or railway vehicle. It also includes falls from the outside of the train, such as from the roof or running board.

Example 1: A passenger on a moving train trips and falls, hitting their head and sustaining a concussion., A person riding on the outside of a train loses their grip and falls, fracturing their leg., A passenger attempting to board a stationary train misses a step and falls onto the platform, spraining their ankle.

Documentation should specify that the fall occurred from a railway train or railway vehicle. Details about the circumstances of the fall, the location on the train (inside or outside), and the injuries sustained should be clearly documented.
