For non-COVID-19 vaccines, use product codes 90476-90759 in addition to administration codes 90460, 90461, 90471-90474. For COVID-19 vaccines, use product codes 91304, 91318-91322 with administration code 90480. Do not use modifier 51 with vaccine product codes.

Modifier 33 may be applicable if the vaccine is provided as a preventive service.
