In simple words: Other stimulant-related disorders are problems caused by abusing or being dependent on stimulant drugs, other than cocaine. These drugs make you feel more alert and energetic, sometimes causing a "high." This includes problems with amphetamines and other similar drugs.
Other stimulant–related disorders refer to abuse of or dependence on drugs that act on the central nervous system to increase alertness and energy and that can elicit a type of "high" (euphoria). This category includes codes for disorders associated with stimulant drugs not represented by another code, such as amphetamines and other stimulant drugs (excluding cocaine).
