Intrauterine blood loss secondary to the trauma is suspected.

Documentation should include evidence of fetal blood loss, such as laboratory results indicating anemia, imaging studies, or clinical findings like pallor and low blood pressure in the newborn.Any maternal conditions or events that may have contributed to the blood loss should also be documented.
